We don't cook our honey. We gently warm it so it pours, strain out the wax, and leave the pollen and the rest of the good stuff in.
Real honey crystallises. It's what raw, unfiltered honey does when it gets cool, and it's perfectly good to eat. Want it runny again? Sit the bottle in a bowl of warm water.
Nate's Honey started with a single backyard beehive in Texas. In 2019 the idea came to Australia. The idea, not the honey: every bottle sold here is Australian honey, made by Australian bees.
